These terms apply to everyone who uses this website or purchases a service from us. 4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, documents, brand assets, access credentials and approvals needed to deliver the service. You confirm that any material you supply is lawful and that you hold the rights to use it. Delays in providing material will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

5. Project requirements

Before a project starts we confirm requirements, deliverables and the expected schedule with you. Any change to the agreed scope may affect price and timeline and will be confirmed with you first.

6. Pricing and payments

Fixed-price packages are listed on our Pricing page. Services whose cost depends on scope are quoted individually. Prices are in Indian Rupees.

7. Payment gateway

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or net-banking password. We receive order and payment references such as order ID, payment ID, amount and payment status in order to process your order. Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment step.

8. Project timelines

Timelines are estimates agreed at the start of a project and depend on the complexity of the work and how quickly required material and approvals are received. Where a service depends on a government authority or a third-party platform, that processing time is outside our control.

9. Revisions

The number of revisions included is agreed for each package or project before work begins. Additional revisions or changes requested after approval may be chargeable.

10. Intellectual property

On full payment, the final approved deliverables produced for you are yours to use for the purpose agreed. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates, source working files and methods unless transferred in writing. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

11. Third-party services

Delivery may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, social platforms, advertising platforms and payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing and availability, and we are not responsible for their decisions, outages or policy changes.

12. Business registration assistance

For GST, MSME / Udyam, FSSAI, Import Export (IEC), Trademark, NGO, NSDC, ITR and similar services, FINAL TOUCH AGENCY provides documentation, filing, registration and professional assistance as applicable.

FINAL TOUCH AGENCY is not a government department and is not affiliated with any government authority. Approvals, registrations and certificates are granted by the relevant authority. We cannot guarantee approval, and outcomes depend on your eligibility, the accuracy and completeness of your documents, and the authority's own assessment and processing time.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or data, or for outcomes determined by third parties or government authorities.

14. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent to us as early as possible. The treatment of a cancellation depends on the stage of work and on any third-party or government fees already paid. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

15. Refunds

Refund eligibility is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where applicable.

16. Governing law
