No physical shipping
No physical products are normally shipped by FINAL TOUCH AGENCY. Traditional courier or postal shipping is therefore generally not applicable to our services.
How deliverables reach you
Depending on the service, deliverables are provided through:

- ·Deployment to your website or hosting account
- ·Publishing to your social media accounts where that is part of the service
- ·Online communication, including WhatsApp where appropriate
What affects delivery timelines
Timelines are confirmed with you for each project and vary according to:

- ·Project complexity and scope
- ·Your specific requirements and feedback cycles
- ·Availability of the documents, content and approvals we need from you
- ·Third-party or government processing where applicable
Monthly service packages
For monthly packages such as social media management, deliverables are produced and published across the billing month according to the content plan agreed with you at the start of that month.
Registration and filing assistance
For GST, MSME / Udyam, FSSAI, IEC, Trademark, NGO, NSDC, ITR and similar services, we prepare and submit your application within the timeframe agreed with you. The authority's own review and processing time is outside FINAL TOUCH AGENCY's direct control, and we cannot commit to a date for approval or issue of a certificate.

Contact us and we will confirm the status of your project and resend anything that did not reach you.
